Indian Painting

Creativity is an effort to help bring attention to help arts' funding. John Dandurand previously with the Colorado Arts Consortium and our state leaders  Senator Nighthorse Campbell, along with Fran Holden explain why the arts play such an important role in our state and why it needs additional support. Recently the State has cut art's funding from 47th in the Nation to last. On the other hand, Senator Allard is proud of our current arts program and voted to end the NEA (National Endowment for the Arts). 5-min. Realvideo file

Glenn Aultman recently passed away and was the second generation of a 119 year photography legacy in Trinidad, Colorado. Back in 1881 Glen's father took over a portrait studio because of a bad business loan and Glenn was still working the studio at the time of my interview in 1998. They documented the mining era of the high country. For the last interview of Colorado's oldest mountain community photographer, tap into our Realvideo streaming video, 5-min.

Real Video Player LinkYou will need a streaming video/audio player to see/hear the above videos. When you double click to view video content, but instead if the multimedia file starts downloading (no multimedia player), that means you don't have a video player or your present one isn't configured properly. Click the Real Video player button for a free player and it automatically extracts and configures itself. The free player is on the lower-right of this page, but don't get confused with the vendor's pay options. This player plays both Quicktime and Real Video and is currently one of the top players.
